Immovable Asset Management

Immovable Asset Management comprises the strategic management activities required to ensure that the immovable asset requirements for service delivery of an entity (or enterprise) are met. It includes setting a strategy, the assessment of immovable asset needs, planning a portfolio of assets optimally located to meet such needs, budgeting for the life cycle cost to pay for such assets and monitoring (& regularly evaluating) the level to which such needs are met.
